Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing the c100 platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between c100 and all its users, governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the c100 platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform, and age verification is mandatory at the time of registration. c100 reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Creation & Security

To register on c100, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating an account using false or misleading information is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure. Each individual may only operate one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

It is your sole responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact c100 customer support immediately. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

To ensure security, c100 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time. Valid government-issued documents such as a National ID or passport may be required for verification. Failure to provide the required documents may result in transaction holds or account suspension.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

All users of the c100 platform are expected to conduct themselves honestly, transparently, and ethically. Any attempt to engage in fraudulent activity, hack the system, use bots, or gain an unfair advantage through multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of the account(s) concerned and forfeiture of all balances.

Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. c100 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Payment, Transaction & Account Policy

All financial transactions on c100 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made through approved mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum and maximum limits set by the platform apply to each deposit and withdrawal and are subject to change from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days. Larger withdrawals may require additional verification. c100 reserves the right to place a hold on or cancel any transaction that appears suspicious or in breach of its policies.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

C100 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances: breach of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or prolonged account inactivity. Any valid balance in a suspended account will be returned once the verification process is complete. For permanently closed accounts, please contact customer support to arrange the return of any valid balance.

Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Limitation of Liability

All content on the c100 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of c100 or its licensors. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without prior written permission from c100 is strictly prohibited.

The c100 platform may contain links to third-party game providers and services. c100 is not responsible for the quality or reliability of any third-party content or services. If you choose to use third-party services, their own terms and conditions will apply.

C100's liability for indirect losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or unintentional data loss on the platform is limited. However, c100 is always committed to resolving any issues directly affecting account balances. Where limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable Bangladeshi law, this clause shall not apply.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

C100 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided through the platform, and the effective date will be noted on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the matter may be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh.

C100 complies with Bangladesh's Digital Security Act, Information & Communication Technology Act, and all other applicable legal provisions. If any part of these Terms & Conditions is unclear, users are welcome to contact the platform's support centre for clarification.
